Food and Physical Activity Record Analysis.
Please install the Client Intake Module (CIM) on your PC, you will need a Windows PC running Windows XP, Vista, or Windows 7.
The purpose of this software is to allow you to record everything you eat over a one to three day period. This information gives us a snapshot of how you have been eating prior to getting advice for improvement. Please be as honest as you can… the more accurate you are in recording your Food Log, the more accurate we can assess the state of your nutrition.
Installing this software is straight-forward:
- Right mouse click on the button bellow.
- Click on the Extract All option.
- Select where you want the files to be saved in your computer
- After files are unzipped, click on the CIMsetup.exe file to run the set up program.
This will install the Client Intake Module. To start using the (CIM), click on its Shortcut, located on your Windows Desktop. This will start your software.
The first thing you should do is Log yourself on as a user. To do this, click the User Tab, type in your name, click the Add Button, then click the Food Log Tab (leaving the User Tab will cause the software to save your information for you).
After you've added yourself as a User, your name should appear at the top of the window. You can change the User to whom you are recording a Food Log for by clicking the down arrow next to the User Name in this display.
Now you can begin recording the food items that you eat and assign them to particular meals or snacks. To record your food items, visit the Food Log Tab.
Before you begin, you should click the Help Button in the upper left corner of this window. This Help Topic will give you an overview of how to do what you need to do. (It's a good idea to click on all Help Buttons once to see what you will learn… Help Buttons are context sensitive.)
To record your exercise or activity, click the Exercise Tab or click the Exercise Icon on your Quick Access Toolbar - QAT.
To record your weight, click the Tracker Tab or click the Tracker Icon on your Quick Access Toolbar - QAT.
Exporting your data to be analyzed. When you have finished recording these items for one to three days, you can export your (CIM) data and email it to Live It Optimal. If you want to email your file, you need to make sure you have your Emailer set up properly.

To set up your Emailer, click the NutriBase Button. Click the Options Button, then the Email Setup option. The easiest way to set this up is to use a free Gmail email account. To learn how to do this, click the Help Button in the upper right corner of this window. Once Help appears, select the Email Setup Topic… the for-step process will be explained
